Based on the reviews we saw online about the good service others had received from Wheatley Car Centre we decided to look at their website for a used car and after having found a couple we were interested in we called to make an appointment to view. Our enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by Gareth who also provided professional and informed advice when we met. We didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision either on the forecourt or during/after the test drive, although we did decide to purchase a car and again the process and paperwork was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Gareth. The car was ready for collection on the day promised, fully valeted to a high standard and we were extremely pleased with our purchase. We did however, experience an issue with the car the day after driving it away which we advised Wheatly Car Centre about. Although this was frustrating and meant we had to return the vehicle for several weeks (as this was the soonest a specialist was available to investigate) the issue was taken seriously, fully investigated and corrected. We were also provided with a replacement vehicle of a similar size and quality while the issue was resolved. We were kept fully up to date with the ongoing investigations by Scott, the Director, and the vehicle was returned when promised, again fully valeted. Issues do occur, but the important thing to us is that when they do they are dealt with professionally and corrected in an efficient manner and on this we cannot fault Wheatley Car Centre. We would not hesitate to use them again.
