All garages should be like Wheatly Car Centre, very professional service
Based on the reviews we saw online about the good service others had received from Wheatley Car Centre we decided to look at their website for a used car and after having found a couple we were interested in we called to make an appointment to view. Our enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by Gareth who also provided professional and informed advice when we met. We didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision either on the forecourt or during/after the test drive, although we did decide to purchase a car and again the process and paperwork was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Gareth. The car was ready for collection on the day promised, fully valeted to a high standard and we were extremely pleased with our purchase. We did however, experience an issue with the car the day after driving it away which we advised Wheatly Car Centre about. Although this was frustrating and meant we had to return the vehicle for several weeks (as this was the soonest a specialist was available to investigate) the issue was taken seriously, fully investigated and corrected. We were also provided with a replacement vehicle of a similar size and quality while the issue was resolved. We were kept fully up to date with the ongoing investigations by Scott, the Director, and the vehicle was returned when promised, again fully valeted. Issues do occur, but the important thing to us is that when they do they are dealt with professionally and corrected in an efficient manner and on this we cannot fault Wheatley Car Centre. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Brought a 2020 used car from the site near Kidlington several months ago. A very pleasant experience, I had a budget and was not pressured at all. I was offered extended warranty etc but there was no hard sell. I am happy with the car and would definitely use again.

After care also excellent after calling Simon regarding a small issue with the car, all dealt with very quickly. Buying a car
We saw a car we liked and came to the garage to view it. We had a test drive and decided we liked it very much. We returned the following week to purchase the car. All of the purchase was straight forward and easy. Would highly recommend this garage. Staff also very friendly and approachable.

Would highly recommend Simon at Sturdys, he was so welcoming and a great support on buying my car, he was clear on the process, what was involved and worked the best deal for my budget, open and honest throughout. Kiran helped and sold me a lovely car. She dealt with me professionally and also ease. She had a good working team around her all as helpful as she is.

The day of the collection I was so excited. There was a bit of confusion on the purchase but both her and her manager checked all was ok. I’ve had a couple questions to ask regards to the care after and she been really helpful.
